More Integrity in Action...
I received another email from a DNI parent after our last newsletter:

Hi Heidi,

I took the bus home at the same time as 8 DNI students a while ago. Intermediate-aged students on busses don’t always have the best reputation, but these students were outstanding.

They looked out for each other making sure they all had somewhere to sit, they were polite to members of the public and said thank-you to the bus driver. During the journey they chatted quietly and respectfully to each other. I was very impressed!

It's great to hear our kids know, but also follow our school values.

What's been happening?!
Over Term 2, we've had a DNI Football team playing inter-school games.  They had a great win against Fairfield and competed with spirit in their other games.
We also had two amazing teams compete at the Dunedin Jump Jam event on Monday night, and they gave it their all!

Swimming Sports Results!!!
The DNI swimming sports were held today at Moana Pool. There were some excellent performances in the pool and all students should be very proud of their efforts. The results of the Competitive events are linked below. Winners will be acknowledged at an assembly next term.

And a special thanks goes to the parents who were able to assist on the day. Your help was much appreciated.
